Scrapbook Layout - Alysia's Birthday

In May we celebrated Alysia's 5th Birthday. We celebrated her birthday at Red Robins and it was cool because my aunt/uncle from Detroit were in town and joined in the celebration.

I used paper from my friend's scrapbooking company called Memory Works. I love their papers because they all have coordinating embellishments and ribbons and all kinds of fun accessories to match the specific colored papers. The paper pack that I used here is the Party Girl Theme Set.

Happy Birthday Card

This is a card that I made for my brother who just celebrated a birthday.
I used paper from the Free Spirit paper pack, chocolate ribbon and a friendship "love" dangles charm.
I also used the Express Postage stamp set...I love this stamp set because it comes with all kinds of sayings, plus the months, days and numbers of the year. Its quite versatile.
Happy Birthday, Trav!!!

Thank You Cards

Here are a couple of Thank You cards that I made for a Consultant's Swap that I'm in. I made two different ones - 16 of each. Once I came up with the design it went fairly quick...but repetitive. LOL!!

On this set of cards, I used Cocoa Cafe B&T paper, Chocolate ribbon, Petal cardstock and Cottage edge anchor. I put a close-up pic here of the "thank you" portion of the card because I used adhesive sheets to cover the creme-colored CS and then adhered clear microbeads to add that extra oomph!

For this second set of Thank You cards, I used one of my favorite paper packs: More To Adore. I used pink polka dotted ribbon and the Big Pinks flowers with a pink Bigger Brad. To add alittle extra "something", I used a (non-CTMH) glitter pen and added glitter to the brad and to the white dots on the ribbon.

Very fun cards to make!!!
